Newbie questions

hey everybody, super excited to start to buy a bike and kit. been dreaming about it everynight...haha anyways been looking to get my first bike to convert into a motorized bike. been doing alotta research. found a bike on craigslist that that is a raleigh er6, 6 speed with a 21 inch frame. couldnt find much info about it, searched through this forum and google. any issues with this bike or brand? are they heavy duty? gonna include a pic too. otherwise im just gonna get a Schwinn jaguar or Southport new from target

Welcome vballerl, glad you joined us. I don't see why you would not have any problems motorizing that bike.

Welcome to the forum. A steel, diamond shaped frame like the one in your post (and my motor bike) will provide a straight forward build with few problems. Good choice.
