New noob, from Deland, Fl

Hey, i've been reading through a bunch of these threads for a while now, i have a broke down 49cc (I think) engine i got from boygofast off of ebay back in Nov, just saying hey and thanks for all the help from the forum. :-||
 
Thanks for the welcome, not really sure whats wrong with it really it just doesn't want to start up, but from what I've read i think it's either the CDI or the Magneto, and I'm leaning more towards the magneto cause my lighting coil stopped working a while ago and it looks pretty burnt out.Is there anything else it could be?
