Need Help!! Stranded Twice In Under 25 Miles Carb Pouring Out Gas

After the 1st ten miles I had gas just pouring out of the carb. the retailer had me check the float
and it was indeed cracked and full of gas so they sent another. I installed the new one and I was off and running thinking everything was fine. After about 5 miles the same thing happened gas just streaming out of the carb this time the float was not filled with gas though. What is going wrong?
I am very sad and frustrated as well as out of gas. What should I be looking for? Am I doing
something wrong? I've just bee driving very moderately trying to break in the engine.

There might be a small speck of dirt in the valve, or...sometimes just tapping hard on the outside of the float bowl can just unstick it! I hit it with the plastic handle of a screwdriver.

Check and see if the drain screw fell out, left side of float bowl that happen to mine 6mm I think.
