Need 4 Stroke Kit Advice

Sounds like you sheared a key. They are known to do that. You probably just need a new- good key from a real hardware store.
 
i took it apart and it was only a sheared key
i got a good one from ace hardware
still noisey as heck but working
my grube is on the way

Boy go fast got back to me and all he said
was "got any ideas to fix gear box"

thats it a one line e mail
not the best service is he ???

bicycle-engines.com/birddog are the importer of Grubee engine kits and accessories in the USA. It seems to be the general opinion that they are good folks to do business with. If they have a fault, it's that they don't respond to e-mail in a timely manner. When and if they ever do respond to an e-mail they always say that they are having computer/server problems but these problems have persisted for over a year+ so if you need specific information/questions about product it's best to phone them.
