yeah getting that sprocket on with those spokes was a nightmare, my buddy and i did it and it must be what doing surgery is like,
Man, you did a teriffic job on this one! I just did my rear sprocket ( 68 spokes) and whew! the last two bolts were just NOT gonna go between the spokes, and I think the wheel was yelling at me the whole time. had to clip 2 spokes. if it falls apart, i'll just get another heavier duty wheel as originally planned. whatever.. but my question is: did you leave the coaster brake arm off of it? it's hard to tell from the picture, and judging by mine, I can't see how it will fit back on there with the sprocket. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!
