My build, so far.

Well, you would think a name would be wanted. Some manufacturers gave their products Latin names in the Good Old Days. The nearest Roman town name I found to you is Durovigutum, Godmanchester today. Or the fact it's going to be a fake vintage bike, Mendacium?

What colour scheme are you having anyway? The badge, name or logo has to match.
I'm going for a black tank, with gold pinstripe, and ignition red for the frame, some good ideas for the name, Thank you :)

I forgot the picture :)

Mister Murphy,
Some serious fabrication! The motorcycle components are a plus. The seat pan you fabricated +++. Mind what Ludwig recommends in giving your machine a unique name. A fellow forumite Lurker named his B&S Vanguard powered Board Track Tribute Vekst. He said the build named it's self. The build was vexing, to Co Bappe. his completed Board Track motorcycle. Awesome.

I think the naming has to be important to the constructor. I knew of the origin of the English brand name, Levis (say it like it is a double S); it's part of the Latin phrase, levis et celere = light and quick. My Genuine Vintage Fake, slowly crawling into existence, is the Gravis et Lento. Heavy and Slow. Mark, think it through, because it's going to be on the side of the tank for a long time.

For the record, I just did a Googlemangle translation of Molesworth and received "dignum se talpis" from the machinery. It does look like one of those town mottos the Victorians were fond of giving themselves.
