Welcome to the forum, your bike is looking good. You may already have plans to add a front brake, if not it's a good upgrade. I have added front brakes to both of my single speed bikes. Three of us were riding once and one guys pedal chain came off, guess what, he had no brakes.
 
Coaster brakes are not really designed to stop a motorized bicycle, they can get really hot. I recommend keeping it well greased and try not to use it for too long at one time, kinda hit it, then glide a little bit and then hit it again. Yes, get a front brake, the front wheel should have most of your stopping power. Disc brakes are best but rim brakes are good enough.
