I started this thread because of a major issue that I had with a certain supplier...
I have found a new cylinder and have ordered it.

In digging deep enough through this forum, I found ThatsDax Bicycle engines...
Now skeptical about vendors, I gave him a call, to test the waters...
Duanne answered the Phone... We talked about many things...
Currently he is awaiting a shipment of kits...
He will be selling me a kit... Why? Because a real person answered the phone, and cared about the problem I was having, and even though he couldn't currently sell me an engine, he took the time to chat... That is good customer service!
I know that if I have a problem, he'll more than likely fix it, just like I would for my customers...
Yeah, I have a business called Long Beach Bicycle Repair Dotcom, and I care about those people that I do work for...
There is no substitute for good service...

Yes, we can see you're mad. GasBike is actually selling your kit for $130 delivered this week. Have a closer look; it was mentioned in another thread a little while ago.

Disregard my post to you on one of your other posts.

I went looking but couldn't find the post you mention...
Yeah, when I called them, they said they had no parts in stock, the NEXT day, they start this sale....

Check the website under kits, the 4 stroke is the only one available!

Sorry, but there isn't much they can say beyond "sorry, can we send you a new cylinder?" to fix this issue..
Something they will never do, I am sure they would rather to continue ripping people off..
 
Well, against my better judgement, I ordered another cylinder through Zone8cycles, funny thing is Paypal says the money went to GasBike (NationwideAccess) in the end.
I did get an email from them today, saying if I would foot the bill shipping the cylinder back to them, they may send me a new one...
A day late....
I have Contacted ThatsDax and am waiting for their engines to be ready in a few weeks, to replace the "g" so I can donate it...
Problem solved, by from a reputable source, you can't go wrong...
