did you know that the honda gc 160 engine is made in the usa.. it is a great motor for a bike and its not that expensive!! here is what i built on an old school chicago schwinn..

Wow you did it again, another beautiful build! Are those LeLue hubs again? how far do you need to spread chainstays to use those.

How or what parts are you using on the pedal crank to marry it with the original size bearing cups?

We run the same motors on our board track bikes, one on a cvt and the other a jackshaft. They will do about 45 if geared right.

I know Glenn is having fun with his bike
 
i used this to make my bottom bracket.you will need to dremmel out the threads, and i also used a regular 5/8 jackshaft..

small engine warehouse has the engine for 185.00 i got mine shipped for 197 and the thing came in one day!! im not modding this engine just has the mukuni carb im not even going to try valve springs its perfect for around town not to slow and it pulls hard i think its a great motor!!
