Looking into a cruiser bike for first build.

I'm going to be doing my first build and am in the proccess of finding a good cheap cruiser to base it on so far i have three that look the most promising in my budget range which really isnt much.

I'd like some opinions if either of these would work without the need of drilling into the bottom tube.
I plan on just using a 49cc 2-stroke although I do wonder how often 4 -strokes need to have more oil placed in.

After looking at some of the bike reviews in another thread and my budget i went with a Hyper from walmart i may have to do a little work but nothing too major that would turn me away from the bike.

The bikes to avoid are the ones with welded on cargo racks, like the Panama Jack and Nel Lusso had for a while.
The heat of welding caused some broken seat stays.
 
Keep a close eye on the fenders and mounts, several members have crashed because of fender failure. The vibration puts a lot of stress on the thin parts. One long time member assembles bikes for his local Walmart, he says there will be very little grease from the factory so be sure and pack all bearings. The same goes with the engine, some have no grease on the gears.
