Leaking Gas?!?

My new thread I was going to start up was. Does anyone out there have a motor that looks like the gas mixture is coming out the sides? Also if you rub your finger across the bottom of the air filter like ( the black cap on the back of the carb that has 4 holes ) youll get the mixture on your fingers. Is this a common thing? If so what do you do. If not ame question what causes it?

heh - it's cause these lil 2-smokers aren't reeded (basically a one way flap valve in the intake) so every time the piston goes up for a compression stroke some fuel/air is forced back out of the carb - totally normal
