KTM 50cc and oiling

So its relatively easy to find a reproduction ktm50 engine on alibaba/express and eBay, and its my understanding that these are Moroni s5-gs engines, is this true? And secondly, how do you normally oil these engines? Do you use a premix, or the oil injection?
 
My Morini is not oil injected I have to mix my fuel. Those that I do know that run the oil injected it seems to me more of them choose to pre-mix their fuel.

From what I am hearing some just don't trust the oil pump and some say when they pre-mix their fuel it just runs better.

But I don't have any experience with the KTM clones only going by what others have told me.
 
The only oil that needs to be filled is your clutch with atf. Other than that premix 2 cycle oil with your gas.
