I have read numerous posts and looked a bunch of pics of lean and rich plugs and I am just not sure if my plug is just right or if it is actually lean. Can someone please look at this plug and let me know? Very Much Appreciated, this is my first build and I just don't want to ruin my engine before I get to truly enjoy it.

Welcome to the forum. I would say it is too lean you really want a tan to chocolate brown color.

I agree w/the above opinions as it's too light no matter what, except I wanted to add that some synthetics won't get a tan/chocolate and will be mostly shades of gray from white (WAY too lean) to black (crazy rich) - so if yer runnin' a synthetic you may not get the "brown" so much as a darker gray *shrug*
