Ok so i have searched the whole forum, and i have one issue. i can screw my idle in and out how its supposed to be BUT when i open the throttle slowly i can the see the screw screwing in which means when i come to a stop the idler screw has fully opened the idle all the way. what is the issue here????

There should be a spring on the screw did you loose it?
If the spring is there you might try stretching it a little to put more pressure on the screw head. If the spring is missing you can probably find a replacement at Ace Hardware. They generally have a good selection of small compression springs in those little drawers in the fastener section. It is about 3/8" long with an inside diameter of about 5/32". Good luck.
