It’s going to get a real headlight too. Trying to emulate this. But I do see I need to move the black out light down a little.

I will only say this once for posterity, what we build will be of no value to our heirs. Tough truth. Interesting hobby.
Learning experience, for sure. Lot of mechanical challenges.

Made a nice frame for my rifle Scabbard.

unfortunately I just jumped in and started fabricating without thinking, doh !!!!! Got in too much of a hurry, life and learn...

came out great, just not wide enough to slide a fake gun into.

that’s OK, I was bound to make a mistake. I’ll cut it off and redo it.

Ok frame corrected. And wouldn’t you know it, ran out of welding wire. Oh well here is what it will look like when welded

I also got a motor in for this bike. Will be completely black like a WLA

I got the rifle scabbard frame welded in place. Nothing really new to see at this point.

I think I’m gonna put this cut up floor mat over the back rack.

also a little branding. Motor will be black also

Maybe I’ll do some running boards after all. On top of each pedal.

Well while waiting on the soggy ground to dry up and my acetylene regulator to come in, not much to do at the moment.
So I used some high heat primer and paint on the motor. I also mounted it up higher in the frame using a CNC engine mount. It fills the cavity better and when the tank is on it it will really fill it up. But now there’s a slight gap at the bottom. Considering doing some sheet metal work down there to fill the gap, a faux crankcase possibly. I like it sitting up higher.

Trying to mock up an exhaust that includes the muffler, clears the pedals and the center bike stand. The old top bar from my Indian BTR build is the perfect diameter and curvature. I believe I’m going to incorporate this.

Well although I like the motor sitting higher, it’s has to sit low for the exhaust. And speaking of exhaust, I’ve got this much of the pipe welded. Have not cleaned up any welds yet.

I am not a 2stroker. but if you gut the muffler it should act as a expansion chamber . A fishtail exit should effect a burp as apposed to a pop.
Been done many times before your daddy was $hitting green, or more likely your granddaddy excreting the same.
The final, running on YouTube will be fun. Carry on Sir. You hit the deck running. We hope for the best.
