Hello,
I believe I'm in over my head with this thing. My first question was about the clutch and it was answered. Now I have used a half round file on the Sprocket to stop rubbing on the Coaster Brake dust cap adjust the bearings on The rear wheel and checked the break so it will spin real nice for a while using the peddles now when I put the sprocket and rag joint back on the Bolt heads hit the Coaster Brake Arm I have filed a little off but no help. So here's the question since I have now Put on and removed the rag joint 4 times How thick should the rag joint be inside part and outside can I just split the one behind the sprocket? I see some seem to just pull apart.

The Cranbrooks seem to need some "Massaging" to take the rag-joints OR even the Axle Clamp sprockets. Glad you figured it out. I had so much trouble on my first build, that I gave in and bought the axle-clamp style. Much easier for dummies like me.
