How to make some serious bread!

It's been far too long without any bread!!

Light and fluffy --- crazy tasty with a slathering of butter......mmmmmmmm

You just had to post this right now while I am making Hamburgers and French fries didn't ya LOL! that bread you sent a few months back hasn't left my mind or my taste buds.

Looks Good Man I am imagining a lot of butter on a slice of that LOL!

Homemade cinnamon rolls will be going in the oven in about 3 hours. To me, cinnamon is the smell of Fall!!

Scratch made ravioli on tap for tomorrow.........first time for this for some reason! Gonna do a batch of beef/parmesan. Hopefully, it won't be much of an issue.

Sounds Good to Me what time is dinner ?

Will also have pasta with scratch sauce (this batch will have diced sauteed zucchini in it along with the other requisite veggies). Anytime after 5pm cst will be OK.

I'm kinda like Tom Boddett --- the porch light is always on!

I have not made the cheese cake that I've found to be real good, it is with pumpkin flavor.

Trader Joe's has it only during Halloween time. I found at Fresh & Easy Market they have a cheese cake with pumpkin and chocolate chips which was real good. I have a coupon but the stores are out of them, so I found a third version. At Nob Hill Foods they had a pumpkin swirl cheese cake that is quite good.

I hope to get around and make pizza with ham an mushrooms. Also fresh fruit filled turn overs of strawberry and blackberry.

The BBQ I plan on NY Strip Steaks and also Lamb Shish Kabobs with Onion and Bell Peppers of all the colors I found at the market.

For the rotisserie oven, I have a Whole Chicken encrusted with celery seed and a little salt.

Can it be done?

Anyway I saw a small Turkey Breast on sale, but got one in the back that was more frozen, and put it in the freezer at home as I have enough. Next January I will put it on the rotisserie oven skewer.

The lamb kabobs and bell peppers on BBQ went well.

Also two flavors ice-cream, Rocky Road using cashews and Vanilla.

Yea, wimps I guess, I only work on the bike outside till about dark. It was 36 degrees F one night. There was supposed to be patchy frost. I was ready to put a cover on the orange tree and put an 60 watt old incandescent lamp on a drop light to protect it. The tree has two crops always going and they overlap, so that takes it through the California winter. I still only harvest in the summer. Anyway the time it was that cold probably only lasted for 2hrs. Most from 40-55 and during day to 60's. Windsurfing the bay at 50 is though 40 wind chill. Wetsuit is OK.

Just look'n at the ground of the 'lamb kabob' picture....

We had 4" of snow Saturday -- still have some in my front yard. Wind chill is gonna be below zero for the next several days.

On a 'bread' note, my raviolas didn't turn out right. The dough wouldn't cook to the proper texture. Gonna change the flour mixture next time.....maybe mix in some regular bread flour with the whole grain semolina flour instead of 100% semolina. Couldn't hurt.
