homemade muffler cap

Ok guys I went on a ride last night and the screw must of backed out the end of my muffler and the cap went rolling off somewhere,so I turned the bike around and went home,sitting drinking a coke a bright idea came,use the end of the soda can to make a new end cap for the muffler.and ta.da. it works,really well acutally.I used 1 soda can the mouth end,and a little bit of JB weld.Heres a couple picks....P.S feel free to laugh.

whatever works.

when mine fell out, i took the domed top part of an old bicycle bell (y'know, the little "ding ding" thing on the handlebars) apart, drilled some holes for 3 set screws and four holes for the exhaust to escape, and i was quiet enough to ride around till i got a supertrapp.

wish i had pics, it looked pretty custom.

Recycling is always fun. A small tomato paste can also fits the end of the muffler.

Thats funny you mentioned that Veince,My wife yelled at me for drinking up her damn cokes,while my 12pk of miller just sits in the fridge.o'well its a little to late now.
