I am looking for a complete bike. I have no skills in building these things so I thought I should just get one that has already put together. I am guessing an in frame engine .

Welcome to the forum. I recommend getting something with the engine in frame. I like to think that if it's not in-frame, then it's just a bicycle with a motor, not a motorized bicycle. The in-frame kits just look good in/on a bike.
