I would guess "No" to a 50cc on that frame. There are other options though. Have you considered a rack mount?

K2 razorback is a great xc mountain bike, but motorized bikes are different.
A steel hardtail MTB or cruiser will work better for durability, vibration reduction and ease of installation. "Steel is real" when it comes to motorized bicycles.
