A China motor would slip right in this for somebody who is very short mebbe. Was interesting thought I would share as this is a very rare and unusual bike to me.

It looks like a 26er with 20" wheels on it?

Looking at the back of the frame it has the biggest tire on now? I curious what year it is?

From the rear dropouts, I'd say 1970s. That is also based on the absence of a headbadge.

look at the distance between the back wheel and where the fender would mount on the chainstays. a 26' bike has a coupla inches, whereas this bike has at least 6". same with the fork. looks a little long compared to the wheel.

the cranks look like they'll touch the ground, almost.

i agree with Venice, i think someone put 20" wheels on a bigger frame. and with wheelbender. looks like a 70's frame with a bunch of mismatched parts. pedals, sprocket, seat, and bars all came off a different bike.
