Has anyone ever had a case battery go bad?

i usually ride with two battery pack and usually go on 45-50 mile rides. Recently one of my lifepo4 packs says it’s fully charged but when I plug it in, no power.
Has anyone ever taken apart one of these case packs and repaired them?

Have you read the pack voltage at the plug in point?

If you are sure that that there are no external issues like plugs etc, then just rip into it, carefully!. Looks like from the pic that it's in the common shrink wrap. I would guess that the issue might involve the BMS.

I have one like that too. I dont really have anywhere to work on it right now we are still getting resettled after the flood. If I can get a work table/bench set up I might try to operate. Need solder iron and a new multi whatchamacallit
