Anything is motorize-able. Doesn't mean it's a good idea, but where there's a will, there's a way.
 
I guess you could weld a couple of them together. Vertically, I mean, so you can get a good view of what you're about to collide with.
 
Put a really big engine on it down low, then as Chaz mentions you will be really stable even up in the crows nest with the low center of gravity. Actually I think without the motor the bike might be a way to get ready for a unicycle to some small degree. Then motorize that!
 
It's an old, old idea, something very like it was made in the 1950s in Germany. No, it didn't catch on then either.
 
I think this would be a great candidate for a rear engine predator 212 build, Porsche style. Lots of rear traction and drifting....
