By current MVD practice, motorized bicycles are considered to be bicycles and are not subject to the titling and registration requirements of the Motor Vehicle Code.

		 any way I really get to build the MB Ive all ways wanted and the speed limit for one is 30 mph thats a lot for a bicycle lol O all so speaking of being flat here we live down town so every thing is 10 min or less away I mean every thing from work to grocery stores, bank,UPS,FedEx,walmart,movie house,Amtrak station,flea market,and theres food every where mom and pop stands selling tamales,tacos,and mutin and lamb its cheaper then beef here everyone that has land has sheep we are real close to the Navajo and Zuni reservations and with my wife teaching the kids here witch everyone sees that as a gift to there children we have been offered to set up a home on reservation land BUT theres no darn landlines and we would half to get Satellite Internet with Vonege Internet phones because cell phones don't work out there
