gender bent cruiser

    wanted to share some photos of my latest project. Found this (formerly) womens cruiser in the trash and cut out the top tube and put in a new one.     Cool. The frame actually looks like it has been stretched a bit. There is a company that makes fiberglass bicycle "tanks" for converting the ladies bikes.

    Very cool!

    I'm currently doing the same thing to a 50s Schwinn girls cruiser. Girls bikes are being almost given away, I don't see why more people don't give them a sex change.
