Gear to the Box

Realy tired of having no low end torque and red lineing at 37 mph. Does anyone know of a bolt on gear box or cvt that i can use to expand the range of my power band. Anthing but direct drive would e great. No centripical cluches dont count ether.
(have a 66cc G5 Grumbie
 
On a chinagirl, not much. Just x chamber, and shift kit as far as i know. Sell the bike, use the funds for a predator 99cc build, and be done with it. 40mph+, plenty of power, quiet, reliable, etc..
