Gear always spins freely

My bike won't start, and when the clutch is engaged or disengaged the gear ALWAYS spins freely, why is this? And how can i fix it? Urgent matter please help soon

There is no woodruff key in the drive gear, ill get a new one

There is no woodruff key in the drive gear, ill get a new one

The kit I bought a month or so ago had similar issue. No woodruff key installed on the crankshaft bevel gear.
