Anyone ever bought from this website? I bought a kit a week ago and they still haven't ship it. I've tried emailing and calling them but no one answers the phone.

Their shipping department is slooow, but they do get it to you. I ordered twice and it took a little bit for both to be picked up. Looks like UPS only picks up there once a week.

I filed a claim with PayPal and like an hour they replied back thru PayPal wow. Calling or emailing them don't work
