How about $5 a gallon by the end of summer? Doesn't sound so crazy now does it?
Biknut, the gas here in my part of British Columbia is at $1.25 a litre. Four litres is just under a U.S. gallon so we are over the $5 dollars.
Disgusting isnt it?
With regular gas here in Brooklyn NY @$4.15 a us Gall. in some places, and $10.00 per quart synthetic 2 stroke oil, its a noticeable increase... thank god the bikes get such great MPG.
Electrics are looking better every day.
The standard joke here is B.C. stands for Bring Cash and lots of it.
It's NY City expensive to live here and yes it is sickening but we've grown used to it.
Can't even get drunk enough to forget. A 1.75 litre of Black Velvet is $55.
crap lets go into business together i can get it for 12 bucks
You'll probably be at $8 by summer.
At least you guys got all that good weed for cheap.
A couple of years ago we were at $1.50 a litre and with the up coming addition to the carbon tax we may well be past that. If it got to $8.00 a gallon I don't think there would be a politician safe in the province.
I'd like to see them chained to rickshaws and for once the public could ride on the rats backs instead of the other way around.
yep we can deff go into business together if that's the case lol
Probably a lot cheaper than booze. My niece went out with her boyfriends parents to a high end restaurant in Vancouver for dinner and the fancy draft beer was $13 a glass.
Yep, thats what I said when I heard it.
Adam, the **** Angles don't like competition.
i didn't think they had territory was anywhere in the north i learn something new every day. gooses run our area and are pretty good boys Ive been to there clubhouse a few times. we do get a few angels in our neck but they don't fly colors
Major players here. Especially in B.C. with 7 chapters.
Google Hells Angels in Canada and you will se the whole story.
Not sure how Canadian currency stands in terms of the Euro, but knowing that the Euro is better than the dollar can it be reasonable to assume that if we were to change to the Euro, gas would be cheaper?
I know that they want to change to the Euro and I believe that they will, but can that change our price of gas?
Hiker, who wants to change to the Euro?
1 Euro= 1.35375582 Canadian dollars.
Don't think that will change the price of gas. It would just be paid in Euros.
We are now $5.83 a gallon - of course our gallons are bigger than U.S. gallons -i dont even licese my truck now and its a Toyota 4 cylinder !
Yeah filled up . premi here in calgary was 1.229 a liter.

Cheapest I bought gas there last year was $2.59 on the heights in Concord.
Not surprised that bikes are selling. Good old Yankee thrift is kicking in.
