Here is the bike my son and I built. The frame is a Phat Cycles Skulls with a Dax Little devil 80 and 36 tooth sprocket. We got 37 mph this morning. Going to adjust the carb and add a tensioner and see what that does.

Nice build, Looks clean. Always a joy to share a project with the kids. Looks like that thing scoots along pretty good. How do you like the Dax devil and I love the pipe.

Nice looking build. Congratulations. A father and son project like that is a great thing and one to be shared and proud of.

Just curious, why you'd want to add a tensioner? If you're fortunate enough to be able to run without one there is no benefit to adding one as long as you can maintain chain tension. You'll want 1/2" to 3/4" of slack. Yours does look a little tight in the photo.

very nice, love that exhaust. and your choice in gas tank, really maintains a more sleek profile I think. a great project to do with your son, nice work.

Just looked at Ghettobikes and think their seat post tank at $129.00 shipped is a very good deal. I've made a number of tanks, both in frame and behind the seat and it is a lot of work and time consuming. Don't know prices for their in frame tanks, but they are worth a look, I think.
