my occ schwinn stingray chopper that ive been working on for a bit, finally got the right ratio on the pulleys and sprockets to get it to go. i got rid of the centrifugal clutch and ended up just making a slip clutch with a belt tension-er hooked to a lever on the handlebars. It has a wide range of speeds depending on how much i let the belt slip and goes really fast when wide open and full tension. Here is a video i took yesterday and just be aware this is about 2/3 the full speed due to bumpy dirt road and lots of loose rocks.
