Engine Won't Run

SO this thing sat all winter and it wouldn't start in the spring so I took it apart cleaned everything piston, flywheel, bore, cylinder head, fuel tank, carb, etc. I can get it running and I can ride it but when I disengage the clutch it idles at a really high rpm so I tried adjusting the screw on the carb and nothing works cause if I get it to the right idle it will die out in 2 mins of running it the 80cc (66) A50 Chinese engine I have no idea what is wrong with it I got a new spark plug and everything is hooked up correctly could someone plz help I need it for a ride this summer. Thanks
 
High rpm is usually caused by a air leak, check all gaskets from the cylinder up. If the engine feels hotter than normal that’s a indicator as well.
