Jbomb, I had the opposite problem where that screw in the bevel gear wouldn't come out.Glad to hear that you're making satisfactory progress. I had an issue with the bolt and washer that holds the small drive gear on. It came loose and wore right through the clutch cover! I have been riding it without the bolt, and it must have been pressed on with a butt ton of force, because I've had no problems with it at all! I have a couple questions: how did you make your bike "legal"? Were you able to register it/tag it? Did running your light on the white wire affect your engine performance in any way? After being helped so much this last year, i'm glad others are able to grab from my experiences and experiments.btw what type of gas do you use we have here a 100 octane gas and the only available 2t oil we have here in the philippines are from these http://www.petron.com/what-we-offer.html and http://www.shell.com/global/product...ind-right-bike-oils/2-stroke-engine-oils.html i dont know whic is better for break in period can you help me out? before i put my engine up again and buy the right oil for break in? thanks in advance oh great littletinman.
