Ebike Headlight

I am still trying to figure out how I am going to mount the light on my motorized bicycle before I get one. mike are you running the light of the golden motor button or a separate switch?

I'm still kicking around a couple of ideas. I'll be posting pictures soon.
 
I went unconventional on both ebikes.

The Revive has it mounted to a custom bracket that also mounts the junction box.

I got this thing fired up tonight, and it's pretty bright, and only draws 3 watts according to my CA.



 
Tonight I got to ride my bike after dark and try out the headlight. It's really bright like in the picture, and has a nice white light. The pattern is pretty good. The light spreads out, but casts reasonably far. Power consumption is super low. After the light warms up my CA reads 0 watts.
