Ebay Customer Protection

Over the many years that I have used eBay I have never had a bad transaction until about two months ago. Filed claim with eBay and paid off very promptly. I was impressed.

Same here. I bought a MacBook for my son that didn't work. eBay got involved and sent me a postage sticker and refunded me after the seller got it back. It was ver easy.
