I got this 19mm BS and thinking that the 1/16" nipple goes to the power jet but wanted to make sure?

That small nipple might be for a 2-cycle oil inlet?

They would be the same size of it went to the jet... The tiny one is oil and the other is a vaccume port.... I'm going to get the one with out it and have it for parts...
