Sorry guys I have no pics or video, my neighbor did offer to lend me his camera but I was afraid of damaging it.

There was a guy name Blake that video taped the entire race, I am unclear if he is selling the video or it will be posted at phpVID You can keep checking that site to see if he post the video. Or you may call him at (520) 404-8493

Alex was racing a bike prepared by USA bike Motors, it was the Grubee GT2 bike. Apparently USA said if he wins he gets to keep the bike. I have known Alex since we were little kids and one thing I know is he cannot focus longer then a minute, his bike was way faster but I knew it was just a matter of time before he lost concentration and screwed up. So I just stayed as close as I could to him to pressure him and it worked.

And yes Joe you were right..... Thats why I call you Godfather ;)

I was speaking to Roland and we might have another race Jan. 2, 2010. But nothing is set in stone as of yet.

I do need to get a Morini motor or something equivalent to even have a chance to keep up with Easy Rider when he does show up. With his experience on go-kart tracks is gonna be hard to beat. I may I have a lot of racing experience but it's almost all 4-wheel oval track racing. These tight left and right turns is all new to me. But sadly I dont think I could ever afford the equipment Easy Rider has.

And yes Bill I did my best to represent the best motorized bicycle forum that there is...Motorbicycling.com. I was proud to wear my motorbicycling.com T-shirt, thankfully I did not tear this one with a fall, it's the only one I have left.

MAXPOWER,

It was a pleasure to race with ya, your bike looked total freaking cool on the race track, thank you for the photos... much appreciated. I had a great time and lots of fun.

My friend Omar did not do so well on his Huffy Cranbrook, after the race he said it felt funny going into the corners. That was when we noticed the rear wheel bearing were shot, the wheel was moving so much it was rubbing the top chain stays. My fault, I did not spend enough time preparing his bike for him. To be honest his bike was faster then mine.

how bad did you lose foureasy???did you run e85 or go unleaded???alcohol fuels should run better in higher temps....on the strip you put so much fuel into the motor(4stroke) that it is on the verge of hydrolock....havent jetted the carb this big yet...dont know how that would do in a 2 stroke....e85 is not exactly race fuel either....just curious if you ran it???
i did run the e85. i ended up going from a .039 to a .053 main, i drilled the emulsion tube another 12 thou. the plug looked awesome. the problem i ran into was the same i always have..... heat. i will pull the motor apart for inspection on tomorrow to make sure everything is still useable, i suspect it will be since i threw in the flag after a lap of detonation. all the riding i did on this bike was spent tuning the carb on friday night, where there was almost no chance of overheating, so i had no reason to suspect that the pipe's pressure bleed was too small (i believe this is the main cause of the heat buildup).

anyways, the first 2.5 laps in the main were awesome, i felt like i was getting closer to fair but it started going downhill fast. i stayed in for 5 or 6 laps until the detonation couldn't be controlled by throttle position. he probably would have beat me anyway, i dont think he even uses brakes, he's like a crazy person. plus i became a puss after my superman over the handlebars. maybe there is something to using the biggest pipe you can find?

Bask in the glory Mr. Fair, you deserve it.

Now, after it is all said and done, the spoils go to the victor, all else falls behind to a distant second.

All Hail Mr. Fair!

congragulations FR31! if I were able to be there, the headline on here might have read differently! I would have loved to be there as racing is in my blood! It would have been me in first and you in second! If Iam able, I will make it to next year's race and then we will see!
This would be a good place for a "sarcasm" emoticon...

You can "blah blah blah" all day long, but the guy who wins, wins.
It doesn't matter how or why, as long as it was FAIR RACING.
