Custom Expansion Chamber Aldyno

This is the latest chamber I have built for my Aldyno build. I have built this style before with great success. The complete chamber is all hand build from the header to the silencer. The silencer is completely rebuild able and un-screws from the chamber. Also I am able to add a longer silencer to this pipe if noise is a problem.

This bike has a fresh motor in it so I did not expect much. To my surprise this bike has torque like none of my others; it pulls hard from a slight roll to about 30 mph. My 14 year old kid rode it and came back with a big smile…The first words out of his mouth: That **** is fast.

I am working on a carburetor set-up that should rock this bike with mucho top end also.

You have a lot of low end power because the header pipe is real long... If you want more top end power, shorten the header pipe.
