get the clutch swing arm thing and with your hand move it toward the carb slightly, loosen off the lock nut for the wire, let the wire slide through, (While still holding the clutch arm toward the carb, then retightenn the locking nut,when you let go of the clutch arm it should have stayed closer to the engine than stock, which is effectively already disengaging the clutch, so the lever on the handle bars dont have to move as far, to disenage the clutch
