clutch problems

help me is my first install . all ready to go ,clutch wont work ....no amount of adjusting will make it work:

It won't dis-engage, or it won't engage?

Fixed it with a couple of taps with a hammer clutch was seized . had the same problem with my second build.

I'm telling everyone, get the CE clutch kit and never look back.
