Clutch 56 teeth burn out

Hi guys, i have a question...

I have a max torque clutch with 13T on it
and i have a 56T sprocket on the back wheel.... and using a #41 chain connectiong booth
will this burnout my clutch

It is a Harbor freight Predator 212 cc engine on it

Or should i make a gear reduction box?

would be better to ask this question in.

Do you know how to use the gear ratio calculator? :)

It ain't gonna work.
Also did you consider how wide the 212 cc is?
How are you going to line the chain up from the front sprocket
on the 212 cc to the back wheel sprocket?

What bike are you putting this on?
 
i am sorry that i started this new threat, i forgot my old one......
I mean i made my own gear reduction box, but i want to change the gear ration so it will be 13 to 13, and 10 to 56, will this be fine.... and its a cruise bike :)

The program can be downloaded from http://jimsitton.net/ratiocalc/

Just right click on the file gearratio.exe and select "save link as" and put it somewhere you can find it again.

Once it's saved, double click on the gearratio.exe file and it will run.

The program allows for up to three ratios in series. If you have fewer just leave the unused ratios set to 1:1.

The program will also calculate speed based on engine RPM, drive ratio,and wheel diameter. Be sure to measure the outside diameter of your wheel for accurate results.
 
About 49 at 3600rmp
That is a 5.6 to 1 overall ratio. Never gonna work.

Shoot for at least a 10 to 1 or higher.

The flaw with your reasoning is that you are only going to be using 3600 rpm.

What is the idle speed rpm of a 212 cc and what is the clutch lock up rpm?

You have to take the governor off so you will be using at least 5000 to 6000 rpm
 
but isn't it bad, is there any othe way i that i could increase the gear ratio without getting rid of the governor?
