I even slightly heated it with a torch I sprayed it with stuff designed to unlock stuck fasteners EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF !!!

ANY IDEAS OR HELP WOULD BE GREATLY & MUCH APPRECIATED

A hand held hammer struck impact driver does the job.

Not the best one I have seen....... looks light duty

I concur with MBR... The hand held hammer struck impact driver is what I use for it; & then use the kit gear puller tool to pull the gear off.

The impact tool is your best option. Either electric, pneumatic or hammer type but use a large quality made screwdriver socket that fits the slot in the screw head. The cheap ones will either break, twist or screw up the slot.

If you don't have access to an impact tool you might try a sharp center punch and align it with the outer edge of the screw head and tap it so as to turn the screw counter-clockwise. It will slightly damage the screw head where the punch digs in but it won't ruin it if done carefully. That is caveman mechanics but will work in a pinch if you're desperate.
