Chrome partz?

Hay where can i find some chrome parts that fit a Grubee Gt-5 or similar ? i am looking for the clutch plate cover,magneto cover and Chain sproket cover. i was thinking of try this out METALCAST™ It seem kinda neat making it look like it was anodized not just chromed out.

Those rough cast aluminum covers need some attention but can be made to look great with a little work. I like to use a DA orbital sander, start with some 150 grit sand paper and work down to 200 to 400 wet and dry paper. They clean up very nice for polishing or paint. If you have access to a bench buffing machine, some buffing compound and a little patience the covers will look like chrome when you're finished...or spray on a few coats of color to match your bike. If you want to devote some time try painting the cylinder and head then sanding and polish the tips of the cooling fins. It really looks good. The satisfaction of doing it yourself is invaluable.

Yes, this is my route.

I used a grinder with a really worn down sanding wheel.

My results came out pretty good although I wish I had a polisher wheel for my grinder to get em to really shine.
