chain dont fit????

i got my 2 new chains in today from gas bike to make a long story short they say those 415 chains fit that cnc sprocket i got from them.....i let you all be the judge of this no matter what i do it wont line up with the teeth.

In ANSI spec a chain number that starts with a "4" should be a half inch between pins. The 4 designating 4 eights of a inch. 5xx chain is 5/8" etc.

What's the distance between the pins?

Maybe your sprocket is not made to spec, I've had to file teeth down on poorly made sprockets before.

I'm with Tyler on the sprocket, try the chain on the kit sprocket and see if it fits.

Yep. Same sprocket and adapter as I got from BikeBerry. Same problem too, but mine isn't that bad. Nice looking pieces though. They're P'sOS but they look nice. I can't get the master link in if the 2 chain ends are on the sprocket.
