Outside of where you put the clip on the needle, the jet size and the float level the only thing you can adjust on an NT carb is the idle.

And put the needle clip one notch from the top. That is where the vast majority have work the best.

Don't try to re-jet the carb until you have about 5 gallons of gas through the engine!
It will keep running better & better the more you ride it & you will only have to re-jet it again.
I just move the C clip to the second notch from the top (during first 3 gallons) & then to the top notch (only if it sputters heavily) until you have the full 5 gallons through it. (Then check back here & we can fully dial it in!!)
