Canada My situation; legal questions about Ontario

also if you can find one the Subaru 2.4hp "rammer" is a OHV upright engine that looks like the 49cc HS kit engine
 
49cc or 50cc 4 stroke with a good hub mount is all you really need for many miles of trouble free riding with a shift kit you can have a full suspension bike also
 
Your original thread asked about the legal issues in Canada. So what is the legal situation? What is permitted and what isn't? And what are the consequences if you get busted? Our situation here in the states is a lot different than yours in Canada. This would be a good thread to clarify what's what.

Though of course, there are always those "things that are kind of rules that aren't listed that us cops could still give you a hard time for."

Though, that outline doesn't really give us ANY idea what the consequences would be...
