Any more pics? Hard to tell from that pic. Hafta search around and look at moped pics. It has a horizontal tank, that narrows down the search a lot. The headlight nacelle looks like a Puch maybe.

Puch Magnum. I had one. The seat looks different though, aftermarket maybe. I think it's been customized a bit. I almost didn't recognize it myself.
