How do I set idle speed and mixture on a 2 stroke

I did a few searches,....nothing. My Tiger 2 stoke is "4 stroking" quite a bit....Im guessing that my mixture is off or maybe have the wrong plug .

Can anyone walk me through setting up mixture/idle speed on the Chinese 2 stroke or point me to a link on how to set the carb?
