I'll be watching for your results.... I was just given a pipe that resembles that.
The header on the pipe is quite a bit large for these chinagirls, probably because the dirtbike engines are ported very well in comparison... but you're in the ballpark. If bottom end gets lost somewhere, I'd start with grafting 20" of your stock header onto where the first cone begins.
and all thats just a wild guess ! get a second opinion!

Yes it did, but it was not just bolt on and ride. A lot of carb tuning and experimenting with different header lengths and engine timing seemed to play a big role with this pipe that I used.

hey there i am... the pipe lost a little on the low end over the pipe i had before that (homemade expansion) but it screams on the top now, though i feel like my engine doesnt rev up enough to really maximize the potential of the pipe.
i love the look, sound and performance of it though. it was a little hard mounting it to the flange on the head because the diameter is pretty big but with a grinder, a cheap HF 90 amp welder and a little patience it can be done.
