Not following. Burnt plug implies you have insufficient fuel in your air/fuel mix. "Too lean".

i think its too lean cause its like a burnt tan brown color

Tan means it's good!

Yes light tan is good. As long as it's not glassy shiny, fuzzy tan = all is well.

well lastnight i filed my intake manifold so the portholes match and then today tuned it a bit richer and now this thing runs so much better
